Payment Policies

Registration:  All students must register and pre-pay a minimum of 24-hours prior to class date/time in order to reserve a space. Walk-in students who do not pre-pay/register will not be guaranteed a space in class (only cash, check or money order accepted for walk-in students).  

Course Fees:  All course fees are final, non-refundable, non-transferable without proper cancellation or rescheduling notice (no exceptions). Class space is limited and course fee secures a space for the registered student regardless of attendance.

Cancellation:  24-hour written notice (email, fax, U.S. mail) is required for refund prior to scheduled class date/time (less $15 administrative fee). No refunds shall be permitted with less than 24-hour written notice or after original class date/time (no exceptions).

Rescheduling:  24-hour written notice (email, fax, U.S. mail) is required for transfer prior to scheduled class date/time. No rescheduling is permitted with less than 24-hour written notice, or after original class date/time (no exceptions). Rescheduling is permitted one-time only per student, and training must be completed within 30-days of first scheduled class date or transfer shall be void.
